First I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU TO KELLY for hosting these events each Friday. You have so much dedication and love for your followers and friends that you have taken so much time to put this on each Friday. I personally love Fridays as it has allowed me to have one special place for so many memories in my life. I especially have loved the last two weeks as it has allowed me to step back and document my wedding to my AMAZING husband! So with that said thank you so much Kelly! Now onto sharing my wedding story with all of you. Chad and I got engaged on April 1st, 2006... yes April Fool's Day not sure why he choice that day, but he did. We had a short window of planning and finalizing all the details as our wedding date was September 26, 2006. I have always wanted a beach wedding and so that is what we planned. I would not change any thing about my wedding it was everything that I wanted. I had my best friend/sister Amie as my Matron of Honor and Chad had his best bud Brad Fisher as his best man. My family came for the special event and around 12 of our closet friends joined us in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. We spent 7 days in Jamaica and it was wonderful! One tip I have for any future brides if you plan a destination wedding I highly recommend that you plan everything before you go it makes it less stressful when you get there. And this is what I did... we arrived and the same day I met with our wedding planner and we finalized a few details and it was complete until the day of the wedding. For the next few days I was able to relax and enjoy my future husband, my family, and our friends. Here are a few pictures of our wedding ceremony, wedding party, and the flowers. I hope you enjoy our photos as much as I do.

What an amazing setting for a wedding! Loved the pictures and really enjoy reading your blog!
What a beautiful wedding you had!!! I love the setting, absolutely perfect.
What a beautiful wedding and wonderful pictures. I have always wanted a beach wedding as well but due to some family health issues we needed to plan something local. I hope in the future on one of our anniversaries we can renew our vows on a beautiful beach somewhere. I think it will be fabulous.
I would love to renew our vows at the beach. Perhaps San Diego or Hawaii.
How pretty you look. Everyone looks terrific. And your flowers are beautiful!
Melissa, I forgot how beautiful your dress was. You were such a beautiful bride. What great memories we have.
